As my 30th birthday draws ever closer, I keep finding myself thinking about how I can become a better version of myself. One of my biggest habits is snacking, from cakes, chocolate and biscuits I am forever reaching in to the cupboard. It wasn’t until a rainy windy afternoon, full of Netflix and surrounded by empty packets, that I realised how much sugar I was putting into my body.

Simple Gluten Free Apple Crumble

When it comes to puddings, it is often tricky to find something which is homely and warming without being too sweet. One of mine and my Dad’s favorites is a gluten free version of the traditional Apple Crumble. The great thing about an Apple Crumble is that it is perfect any occasion, whether it be a birthday celebration or Christmas meal a gluten free Apple crumble is my trusty go too pudding.
